Meditation workshop with Paul Laffartha

Do you want to get started on a meditation practice? Ever wonder what it’s all about?

Meditation can calm stress, focus the mind, and transform your thinking. Paul Laffartha has been a practitioner and teacher for many years. Join us as he explains meditation and its benefits, and then lead us through a guided meditation. You may want to bring a mat or cushion to sit on during the meditation, although some sit in a chair.

There is no charge for this workshop; a donation to the Farmhouse is always appreciated, to keep our building available for events.
