Please join us for a morning of yoga and relaxation with Angie Jones. Angie is a psychologist with Eastwood schools. She has completed her 200 YTT with Essence Mind Body Studio in Maumee. She is also practices reiki and is a sound vibration practitioner.
There will be a 15-30 minute introduction to yoga, followed by some gentle beginner practice. Please bring a mat.
